INVITATION TO PRE-SELECTION OF THE PLANTS 
IN SAINSHAND INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

Date: June 21, 2013

1. In accordance with “Millennium Development Goals based Comprehensive National Development Strategy” ratitied by Parliament of Mongolia’s resolution No.12 of 2008,”Industrialization Program of Mongolia” issued by Gov resolution No.299 of 2009, and the Government of Mongolia’s “Action plan for 2012-2016”, legal entities who are interested to cooperate in the construction of the plants in Sainshand Industrial Complex are hereby invited to participate in pre-selection.

2.     Participants are requested to submit their projects to construct the following plants for the pre-selection (project can be pre-feasibility study or a completed feasibility study):
 

• Metallurgical coking plant
• Copper smelter
• Iron ore pelletizing plant
• DRI/HBI plant
• Coal gasification plant
• Thermal power station
• And accompanying light industry plants

3.    Pre-selection documents may be received at the below-mentioned address from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm, between June 21, 2013 and July 22, 2013. 

4.     Project materials should be submitted from July 23, 2013 until03:00 pm of August 01, 2013.

5.    Foreign legal entities are allowed to apply and materials should be submitted both in Mongolian and English languages
